Bessie joined my team in 2012 to help start up a new international headquarters for TriQuint Semiconductor in Singapore. She was instrumental in recruiting the key leaders and individual contributors that two years later were managing over $600M of TriQuint's annual revenues. She recruited across all functional areas including finance, operations, quality, and sales. Furthermore, she established the entire HR infrastructure for this new headquarters including the creation of all policies and procedures. She continued leading the HR organization and led the transition and integration after TriQuint and RFMD merged to become Qorvo in 2014. The success of TriQuint and Qorvo's international operations in Singapore could not have been achieved without Bessie's key contributions.
